Cancellation Policy
🔒 Booking Policy – Inkless Stretch Mark Treatment All skin types and stretch mark types are welcome. Every session is customized based on the location, age, and depth of your stretch marks. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total. A consultation is required prior to your first treatment, either virtually or in person. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited. All changes (cancellations or reschedules) must be made in writing by email to Zero Ink Studio. ❌ Cancellation Policy You must cancel at least 10 days before your scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made less than 10 days before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. Cancellations must be sent via email to: zeroinkstudio@gmail.com 🔁 Reschedule Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled time without penalty. Reschedule requests made after the 72-hour mark will require a new deposit. All reschedule requests must be sent via email to: [your email address] ⏳ Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is booked, you may join the waitlist through the booking site. If a spot opens, you will be notified by email or text. You’ll have 2 hours to confirm before the spot is offered to the next client. A deposit is required once the spot is confirmed.
