About Me....

I’m Krystle, a mother, a healer, and someone who’s lived through her own skin story. After having kids, I struggled to love my body. As a single mom, I lost parts of myself while trying to hold everything together for everyone else. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the woman staring back — to miss the spark, the confidence, the woman you once knew.

Instead of hiding, I chose to create a path forward — for me, and for every woman who’s ever felt invisible in her own skin. My passion is helping others reclaim their sense of self, to feel strong, beautiful, and whole again. I don’t fake it. I’m not afraid to drop a cuss word, a hard truth, or give you a hug — sometimes all in the same sentence. I’m here as a sister who understands the struggle, here to heal not just your stretch marks or scars, but to help you reconnect with the woman you truly are. Because you deserve to love yourself fiercely — exactly as you are.
